Our website and online store are hosted through Squarespace, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer and sell our products.
By accessing our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

TDL Atelier offers jewelry and accessories selected and curated as part of our collections and edits.
We make reasonable efforts to present our products, materials, finishes, colors, dimensions, and other characteristics accurately.
However, product appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing variations, material characteristics, or other factors. The color or appearance of a product displayed on your device may therefore differ slightly from the physical item.
Certain pieces may also feature organic, irregular, sculptural, textured, or asymmetrical characteristics that are intentional elements of their design.
Product descriptions and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may be updated when appropriate.
3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability.
We may limit quantities, discontinue products, modify collections, or remove products from sale at any time.
Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve or guarantee its availability.
If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and, where applicable, refund the amount paid for the unavailable item.
4. PRICING
All prices displayed on our website are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Prices are subject to change without notice. A price change will not ordinarily affect an order that we have already accepted.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing information is accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where permitted by law, cancel or decline the affected order. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Applicable sales tax and other legally required charges may be calculated and collected during checkout based on factors such as your shipping destination and applicable tax requirements.
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, customs charges, or other governmental charges for which you are legally responsible in connection with your purchase.

Payments are processed through payment providers integrated with our Squarespace store. Payment providers may have separate terms, privacy policies, and conditions governing their services.
By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
We are not responsible for fees independently imposed by your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or other financial institution.
8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders will be shipped according to the shipping methods and policies presented on our website or during checkout.
Any shipping or delivery timeframe we provide is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, customs processing, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.

9. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, refunds, and related eligibility requirements are governed by the TDL Atelier Shipping & Returns Policy displayed on our website.

Nothing in our return policy or these Terms is intended to eliminate rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable consumer protection law.
10. JEWELRY CARE
Jewelry naturally experiences wear over time.
Gold-plated, PVD-coated, electroplated, stainless steel, alloy, imitation pearl, and other materials may respond differently to moisture, chemicals, friction, cosmetics, environmental conditions, and normal use.
Customers should follow the care instructions provided with or displayed for each applicable product.
Unless a product is expressly described otherwise, we recommend avoiding unnecessary or prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, oils, cleaning agents, harsh chemicals, and similar substances.
Normal wear, scratching, fading, changes to plating, or damage resulting from improper care, misuse, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions may not constitute a product defect.
11. PRODUCT IMAGERY
All photographs, campaign imagery, product photographs, videos, graphics, styling, and other visual materials displayed by TDL Atelier are intended to represent our products as accurately as reasonably possible.
Actual colors, proportions, finishes, textures, and appearances may vary depending on lighting, displays, photography, production variations, and the characteristics of individual pieces.
12. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
From time to time, TDL Atelier may offer promotional codes, discounts, special offers, gifts, or other promotions.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions:
Cannot be combined with other offers
Have no cash value
May be subject to expiration dates or product exclusions
May be limited to one use per customer or order
May be modified or discontinued where permitted by law

13. GIFT CARDS
If TDL Atelier offers gift cards, additional terms displayed at the time of purchase may apply.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law.

15. SOCIAL MEDIA AND USER CONTENT
If you tag TDL Atelier, mention us, submit photographs or other content to us, or otherwise interact with the brand through social media, you retain any rights you otherwise have in your original content.
We will not treat the mere act of tagging or mentioning TDL Atelier as transferring ownership of your content to us.
If we wish to use customer-created content for advertising, promotional, website, or other commercial purposes beyond functionality provided by the applicable social platform, we may request appropriate permission where necessary.
16. REVIEWS AND SUBMISSIONS
